- Good resistance to corrosion and hashigh maximum operating temperature
- Magnet assembly made of steel with all-welded construction
- Resistant to chipping or cracking following constant impact with steel surface
- Hold, retrieve, and suspend heavy metal objects
Like pot magnets, Latch Magnet Channel Assemblies consist of a ferrite magnet with a steel shell. Magnetism is concentrated on one face, which increases the performance of the magnet. Ferrite is a highly corrosion-resistant magnetic material with a high maximum operating temperature, making it very versatile. Channel magnets can be fixed in place using the one or more pre-drilled holes. Latch Magnet Channel Assemblies are commonly used around the home and for holding machine parts in place. They also make a great door latch that can hold key rings, nameplates, nozzles, fixtures or other ferrous metal objects.
